Visint was established in 2005, located in the China's Pearl River Delta Economic Zone Center Guangzhou, the South Gate of China. It was China Telecom subsidiary; dedicating in technology development, technical services, product sales, business trades and technology solutions for the communication industry.

Visint product range covers optical fiber transmission and optical fiber access, including DWDM, CWDM, C&DWDM transmission equipment, OLP, OBP, OSS optical fiber monitoring and protection systems, integrated access equipment, protocol converter, fiber converter, optical transceivers, passive optical devices, etc.
